Cult Racing® ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• When you sign up. If you join through our "Join the crew" form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, and optionally your Instagram handle.
• When you order. Purchases are processed through Shopify. To complete an order, Shopify collects the information needed for payment, shipping, and order confirmation (such as your name, contact details, shipping address, and payment information). Payments are handled securely by Shopify and its payment processors. We do not store your full card details.

How we use your information

• To send you drop announcements, early access, and updates you signed up for.
• To process, fulfill, and support your orders.
• To respond to your questions and requests.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the store and communicate with you (for example, Shopify for checkout and order processing), and only as needed to provide those services or as required by law.

Cookies and analytics

Our checkout runs on Shopify, which may set cookies that are necessary for the store and cart to function. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy to describe them.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us. You can also ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below.
